Hike Overall Difficulty: 3/10 Location: X4W7+2J - Munay Fitness Difficulty: Easy Technical Difficulty: Easy Hike Duration: 4 hours About the Hike: We chose this trail for our final hike since it is especially scenic after the rains. The wadi will be as green as ever with countless 'humaith' plants for us to pick and eat during the hike. The loop takes us from the Munay dam through a wadi to a beautiful panoramic spot before returning back to the cars via a loop. Once we get back to our cars, we will light up the BBQs and start grilling those famous Grasper meals! The trail is very scenic with plenty of greenery so it is definitely enjoyable for the young and the old alike. Make sure you invite your entire families out for this one and spend the day bonding in the mountains of the UAE. Headlights are required since we will be hiking in the dark. Hiking boots are recommended for your maximum safety and comfort. Transportation: 4 Wheel Drives are not needed to get to the starting point. If you do not have a way to get to the meeting point, please contact us and we are happy to help try arrange a carpool for you. Health & Safety: 1. You have to pack at least 3 liters of water for the hike, we cannot stress on this point enough 2. Light snacks are recommended to keep you fueled 3. Hiking boots are strongly recommended for your safety and comfort 4. Smoking is strictly NOT allowed during the hike 5. Hike & Movie Night Policy: Cancellations will be accepted with full refund minus 5% processing fees until 72 hours from the adventure No refunds will be processed for cancellations within 72 hours of the adventure As we try to run Grasp the Adventure with a family spirit, specific cases can be considered Outdoor Climbing Policy: 15 days before the adventure: 95% Refund Between 7-15 days before the adventure: 50% Refund Less than 7 days before the adventure: 0% Refund
